Product tour

A working day, start to finish.

The honest version of a demo: what actually happens on DeckPOS from the first overnight booking to the evening closeout. Everything below is shipping product.

Morning — the website already worked

Bookings arrived while you slept.

Your website is not a brochure with your phone number on it. Overnight it sold two campsite weekends, a Saturday kayak slot and a dozen order-ahead baskets — each paid on your own Stripe account, each already on the calendar and the books.

One availability

The calendar the website sells from is the calendar the desk sees. A night can be sold once, structurally — availability is a ledger of nights, not a flag someone forgets to set.

Deposits recorded

Money taken online is on the books in integer cents before anyone arrives, tax already worked out.

The assistant answered

The website's AI agent handled 'do you allow dogs' and 'how much is firewood' from your own knowledge base — transcripts waiting in the dashboard, escalations in your inbox.

Midday — the counter

The register knows the whole business.

The guest from site 12 buys firewood and rents a paddleboard. One checkout: the campsite deposit, the retail sale and the rental hour land on the same customer record. A waiver is signed on the spot; the fleet cannot be double-booked because the register and the website draw from the same pool.

Works offline

When rural internet drops, the register sells from cache and queues the sale. It syncs when the line comes back.

PIN-scoped staff

Cashiers ring sales; refunds and price changes need the capability, not the argument. Every sensitive action is logged.

Kitchen and tabs

Food orders hit the kitchen screen with their options; bar tabs hold a card so walking out doesn't mean walking off with the bill.

Evening — the books

Closeout is a glance, not a Sunday.

The day's total is the day's total: website bookings, counter sales, refunds and tips are one ledger that has been checking itself all day. If a paid order were ever missing its payment, the platform's integrity checks would have flagged it before you did.

Tax set aside

The day's tax is computed and set apart as it happens, not reconstructed in April.

QuickBooks, if you use it

Paid orders and refunds sync themselves to your accounting file.

Ask the assistant

The back-office AI answers 'what sold this week' and 'who arrives tomorrow' — reading only what your login can see, changing nothing.

Anytime — growth

The same system does the marketing.

Email goes to customers who asked for it. The AI Marketing Hub drafts ad copy grounded in your real catalog — real names, real prices — and turns approved creatives into short videos. Connect Google and the dashboard shows what people searched to find you. Nothing AI-made is published without a person approving it.

Reviews and loyalty

Review requests go out after real purchases; loyalty accrues at the same register that rings the sale.

Traffic & search

Google Analytics and Search Console numbers, synced daily into your dashboard.

Draft-first AI

The AI drafts; you approve. That order never reverses.

See it with your own products in it.

The trial is the real system — your catalog, your website, your register — and your data exports on any day of it.
