Modules
Everything it can be, one switch at a time.
Start with the register and switch on what your business does — bookings, rentals, tee times, a kitchen, ticketing — without ever changing systems. Everything below is live product, not roadmap.
Growth
AI answering
A website assistant that knows your store — hours, prices, availability — answers in your voice, and hands off to a person when it should.
Email customers
Writing to the people who asked to hear from you.
Reviews
What customers said, on the website.
Website
The public pages, run from here.
Interactive property map
Upload a satellite photo and let AI redraw it as an illustrated map. Draw areas, drop icons, attach photos and 360 tours, and publish a clickable map guests explore on your website.
Money
Gift cards
Selling and redeeming store cards.
Sales
Money off, automatically, for a set period.
Points
What customers earn and what the store owes.
QuickBooks
Sending the books somewhere an accountant reads.
Sage Intacct
Posting the day's takings to Sage Intacct instead of QuickBooks, for a group that keeps its books in an ERP.
Digits
Posting the day's takings to Digits, whose ledger categorises and reconciles them for you.
Invoices and pay links
Bill a customer by email with a link they pay online, or key a card taken over the phone. A paid invoice becomes an ordinary sale.
Operations
Purchasing
Vendors, purchase orders and receiving.
Waivers
Signed, versioned, and kept.
Reports
What sold, when, and to whose till.
Health
What is wrong, in the store's own words.
Maintenance mode
Closing the public site with a message, while the dashboard stays open.
Lynitem receipts
Publish itemized receipts to the Lynitem network; buyers claim them by scanning the QR on the printed receipt.
People
Selling
Register
Taking money at the counter.
Products and prices
The catalogue everything else prices from.
Customers
Who bought what, and how to reach them.
Campground
Sites, stays and the availability calendar.
Boat rentals
Kayaks and canoes by the day.
Event tickets
Ticket types, capacity and the gate scanner.
Tabs
Running a bar tab with a card behind it.
Options and choices
Made-to-order items with a list of choices.
Order ahead
Ordering on the website for collection.
Age checks
Prompt for an age check on beer, tobacco and anything else restricted.
Price check
A page customers can open on their own phone to scan a barcode and see the name, what is on hand and the price.
No pennies
Rounds the cash a customer hands over to the nearest nickel. The sale and its tax are unchanged — only the drawer amount moves, and the difference is recorded per sale.
Table service
Checks on tables, split and moved across a room, settled at the end.
Rooms and housekeeping
Hotel-style room reservations: room types, amenities, per-room availability, arrivals and departures, and a housekeeping board. Shares the same availability ledger as the campground, so a site and a room can never be double-booked by different rules.
Golf tee sheet
The tee sheet: first and last tee, intervals, rate bands (early bird to twilight), online-ready availability, and booking through the register. Shares the same booking machinery as the campground, so a tee time can never be double-sold.
Golf lessons
The teaching diary: professionals, lesson types and lengths, the hours each pro works, and booking half an hour with them from the counter or the website.
Kitchen tickets
Paid orders with food on them appear on a kitchen screen, routed by category to a station. Bump when made, recall when not, and see prep times.
Golf leagues
Standing weekly competitions: a season, the weeks it generates, the teams that sign up once and play every one of them, and a table that adds up across the season. Blocks the tee sheet on league nights.
Coupon codes
Codes customers bring in — from a flyer, a mailer, a radio spot — with expiry, redemption limits, per-customer caps, and a record of who used what.
Self-order kiosk
A customer-facing screen that takes orders and card payments with nobody behind it. Age-restricted items refuse themselves and send the customer to the counter. Pairs with Kitchen tickets.
