Modules

Everything it can be, one switch at a time.

The list below is the product’s own catalogue. A module that ships appears here; one that does not, does not.

Selling

Register

Taking money at the counter.

Products and prices

The catalogue everything else prices from.

Customers

Who bought what, and how to reach them.

Campground

Sites, stays and the availability calendar.

Boat rentals

Kayaks and canoes by the day.

Event tickets

Ticket types, capacity and the gate scanner.

Tabs

Running a bar tab with a card behind it.

Options and choices

Made-to-order items with a list of choices.

Order ahead

Ordering on the website for collection.

Age checks

Prompt for an age check on beer, tobacco and anything else restricted.

Table service

Checks on tables, split and moved across a room, settled at the end.

Rooms and housekeeping

Hotel-style room reservations: room types, amenities, per-room availability, arrivals and departures, and a housekeeping board. Shares the same availability ledger as the campground, so a site and a room can never be double-booked by different rules.

Golf tee sheet

The tee sheet: first and last tee, intervals, rate bands (early bird to twilight), online-ready availability, and booking through the register. Shares the same booking machinery as the campground, so a tee time can never be double-sold.

Kitchen tickets

Paid orders with food on them appear on a kitchen screen, routed by category to a station. Bump when made, recall when not, and see prep times.

Coupon codes

Codes customers bring in — from a flyer, a mailer, a radio spot — with expiry, redemption limits, per-customer caps, and a record of who used what.

Self-order kiosk

A customer-facing screen that takes orders and card payments with nobody behind it. Age-restricted items refuse themselves and send the customer to the counter. Pairs with Kitchen tickets.
