Rooms and housekeeping · Selling
Rooms, the front desk and housekeeping without a second system.
Online booking, arrivals, room status and the folio — beside the restaurant, the shop and everything else you run.
What you get
Rooms sell on your website against the same calendar the desk uses.
Housekeeping sees exactly which rooms turned over and marks them ready from a phone.
Charges from the bar or shop can land on the stay — one bill at checkout.
Occupancy and revenue live in the same reports as everything else.
How it runs
One night, start to finish.
- 1
A guest books Thursday night online; the deposit is on the books immediately.
- 2
Thursday's arrivals list has them; check-in assigns the key and opens the folio.
- 3
Dinner at the restaurant goes on the room.
- 4
Checkout settles the folio; the room flips to 'needs housekeeping' and back to sellable when it's turned.
Switched on for
Comes with these trades by default.
Say you run one of these at signup and this is already on when you first sign in — nothing to find and switch.
The questions people ask
- Is this a full PMS?
- It runs rooms, rates, housekeeping and folios for independent properties. It does not try to be an enterprise chain system — that's why an inn can actually run it.
