Custom labels · Selling
Design the label, keep every version, and charge for it.
Jar wraps, lids, melts and sprays, designed here and printed to PDF — with a setup fee per design and a per-item charge you set.
What you get
Every save is a new version and nothing is overwritten, so the file that was printed in March can still be found in March's state.
A design can belong to a fundraiser: you design it and assign it, or the fundraiser's own organisers design theirs.
A one-time setup fee per design and a charge per labelled item, defaulted across the store and overridable on any single design.
On the products you choose, a shopper can personalise the label — two short lines, a name, a date, a message — printed on your own design for that product.
The personalisation is a line of its own beside the product: taxed like the product, earning no fundraiser share and taking no coupon.
How it runs
A personalised candle, start to finish.
- 1
You design the label and set what a design costs to set up and what each labelled item costs.
- 2
You offer personalisation on the products it suits, and leave it off the ones it does not.
- 3
A shopper types a name and a date; two of the same candle with different names are two lines, because the text is part of what the line is.
- 4
The order carries the text through to printing, and the charge rides beside the product.
The questions people ask
- What actually gets printed?
- A PDF from the designer. Because designs are versioned rather than edited in place, the artwork a batch was printed from stays findable after the design has moved on.
- Is this only for fundraisers?
- No — it is its own module for that reason. Event orders, business gifts and personalised presents want custom labels as much as a fundraiser does.

Every module is part of the same trial — turn on what you need, leave the rest off, and your data exports on any day of it.
