Reports · Operations

What sold, when, and to whose till.

Sales, labour, stock value, shrink, options and kitchen times — filtered the same way everywhere, exported as PDF or CSV.

What you get

Every report reads the numbers the till wrote, in integer cents. There is no second arithmetic.

Filters behave identically on every report, so a date range means one thing across the whole system.

Stock value and shrink are reports, not stocktakes.

Labour sits beside sales, so a day's cost and a day's takings are on one screen.

Anything on screen leaves as a PDF or a CSV, for the accountant who wants it their way.

How it runs

A Monday morning, start to finish.

  1. 1

The weekend's sales come up by day, by register and by category.

  2. 2

Labour for the same range sits beside it.

  3. 3

What moved and what did not shows up against stock value, so the reorder writes itself.

  4. 4

Whatever matters leaves as a PDF for the meeting or a CSV for the accountant.

The questions people ask

Can the accountant get at it directly?
Every report exports. The books themselves can also go to QuickBooks or Digits on a schedule, which is usually the better answer than emailing spreadsheets.
Do the numbers match the till?
They are the till's numbers. Nothing recomputes a total for a report — the figures are the same integer cents the sale was written in.

Every module is part of the same trial — turn on what you need, leave the rest off, and your data exports on any day of it.
