Lynitem receipts · Operations
An itemised receipt the customer can claim by scanning it.
Paid orders publish to the Lynitem network, and the QR on the printed receipt is how the buyer picks theirs up.
What you get
Publishing happens off the paid order itself, so there is nothing for a cashier to remember.
The QR on the receipt is the claim. The customer scans it and the itemised receipt is theirs.
There are no credentials to type in: the store's identity on the network is provisioned by the platform, never entered on a dashboard.
One switch turns it off, and turning it off stops both future publications and the QR on the receipt.
A publication that failed can be put back on the queue rather than lost.
How it runs
A receipt, start to finish.
- 1
A sale is paid at the counter.
- 2
The order publishes to the network in the background.
- 3
The printed receipt carries a QR the customer can scan.
- 4
They claim the itemised receipt on their own phone, with no account on your system at all.
The questions people ask
- Do we have to sign up with Lynitem?
- No. Publishing is platform plumbing — your store's network identity is provisioned at onboarding, and the only decision left to you is whether it is on.
Beside it
The rest of operations.
