For marked trails, the Devil's Backbone State Natural Area along the Natchez Trace offers a wooded loop through classic Highland Rim country, and the Meriwether Lewis site keeps several miles of quiet paths where you can still walk stretches of the original Trace. The Blueway across the street is the easiest leg-stretcher of all.
