We're a country store, not a data company. Here's exactly what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Booking details — your name, email, phone, and stay/rental dates, so we can run your reservation, send your confirmation, and reach you if something changes.
- Payment — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card number never touches our systems; we keep only a reference to the transaction and its amount.
- Receipts — if you ask for an emailed receipt, we use that address to send it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
- We don't collect more than the booking needs.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep staff sign-in and secure checkout working — the site can't function without them. An optional analytics category (off unless you allow it) would help us understand which pages are useful. You can change your choice any time via in the footer.
Who we share with
Only the services that make the site run: Stripe (payments), Supabase (our database), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (emails). Each processes your data solely to provide their service to us.
Your choices
Want your information corrected or deleted, or a copy of what we have? Call 931-796-3919 or ask at the store. We'll keep booking records we're required to retain for tax purposes and delete the rest.
