Your information

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Either way we’ll email you to confirm it’s really you first.

What would you like us to do?

We’ll email a link here to confirm it’s you. We can only act on the address you can receive mail at.

Helps us find you if you shopped here without giving an email.

What we have to keep, even if you ask us to delete

A deletion request removes your name, email and phone number, and unlinks you from the things that identify you. Three kinds of record stay, and we’d rather tell you now than surprise you later:

  • Sales records. The purchase happened, and tax rules require us to keep the record of it. It stops being connected to your name.
  • Signed waivers.A waiver is a legal document. We have to be able to produce it if there’s ever a question about an injury, and the law allows us to keep records needed for that.
  • Gift cards or store credit with money on them. That’s money we owe you. If we unlinked it you couldn’t spend it, so we keep the connection until it’s used.

When we’re done we’ll tell you exactly what was removed and what was kept.

One thing we can’t do automatically: a public review only has a display name on it, so we can’t tell yours from somebody else’s with the same name. If you’d like a particular review taken down, say which one and we’ll remove it.
