Refund Policy

Campsite bookings & kayak/canoe rentals

All bookings are paid in full when they're made. If your plans change, cancellations are refunded to your original payment method on this schedule, counted from your check-in date (or first rental day):

• 7 or more days before — full refund
• 3 to 6 days before — 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before — no refund

Card refunds are issued automatically when we cancel the booking and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days. Bookings paid in cash at the store are refunded in cash at the store.

River conditions & closures

If wecancel — for example, when river conditions make paddling unsafe or a campsite becomes unusable — you get a full refund regardless of timing, or we'll happily move your booking to new dates.

Store purchases

Unopened goods in resellable condition can be returned with a receipt within 14 days. Perishables, ice, and firewood can't be returned.
